At the Strategic Alliance of Veterinary Independent Practices (SAVIP), we are committed to protecting the integrity of our member clinics and fostering a respectful, professional community.
1. Confidentiality of Pricing and Deals
Members agree not to disclose SAVIP pricing, vendor agreements, or group discounts to corporations, private equity firms, or competing entities. This protects our collective bargaining strength and preserves fair access for independent practices.
2. Professional Conduct
We expect all members to engage respectfully. No public or private badmouthing of fellow members will be tolerated. Disagreements should be handled constructively and privately.
3. Independent-Only Access
SAVIP is exclusively for independently owned veterinary practices. Members affirm that they meet this requirement and will not share internal SAVIP information with non-eligible parties.
Violations of this policy may result in suspension or removal from the alliance.
